Return and Exchange Policy

• Return and exchange is a guaranteed right for all our customers and applies to all products offered on our store.

• All products listed on our store are eligible for return and exchange according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

• Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and still in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please contact us through our Contact Us page or by phone to request a return or exchange.

• Kindly take a photo of the product and send it to us along with the city, address, and order number if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match what was agreed upon.

• A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on the product page of our website.

• We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use that are not explicitly stated on the product page of our site.

• A 30% deduction or a minimum fee of 25 MAD will be applied if the customer wants to return the product for personal reasons and the item is free of any defect or issue.
